SARABETH'S TRIBECA: Design for a new 6,000 sq. ft. full service Restaurant and Wine Bar to be located on Greenwich Street in the historic Bazzini Building in Manhattan's downtown Tribeca neighborhood.

DINOSAUR BAR-B-QUE, Harlem: a new 7,500 square foot Bar-B-Que restaurant to be located on West 125th Street and Twelfth Avenue in the Manhattanville neighborhood of West Harlem

DINOSAUR BAR-B-QUE, Troy, New York: a new 9,500 square foot Bar-B-Que restaurant to be located in Troy, New York on the banks of the Hudson River.

BUON ITALIA, TRUMP PLAZA: Design for an 11,000 sq. ft. second location for the venerable Italian Specialty Food Market and Wine Bar to be located in the new Trump Plaza development in Jersey City, New Jersey.

THE CASK REPUBLIC; New Haven, Connecticut. Interior Design and Decoration of a new 3,000 sq. ft. Restaurant and Beer Bar.

JULIANA'S PIAZZA; East Village: Design of new 2,100 sq. ft. Coal Oven Pizza restaurant for Pat Grimaldi in Manhattan.

810 CAFE & DELI;: Design for upscale and highly visible midtown Cafe and Delicatessen located at 810 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan.

MANHATTAN APARTMENT: Interior Design and Decoration of spacious three bedroom Manhattan Pied-a-Terre apartment with spectacular views of the East River located on Sutton Place for a well known chef and restaurateur. Currently under construction.

APARTMENT BUILDING: Tree House Design Ltd. is the Architectural Design firm for a new five story residential apartment building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn on Manhattan Avenue. Currently under construction.
